About

This blog is by an Estonian discovering her childhood dream country Canada. Based in Toronto, but sometimes traveling. Looking for an Estonian connection in the far away country and giving away tips about what to see, what to do, what to experience. Hence the name of the blog: Toronto. Canada. Estonia.

Tim Hortons

I am not sure if I did introduce Tim Hortons earlier. I must have, as it is such a common trademark of the city. Anyway Wikipedia has this part covered. The pictured Tim Hortons is yet the tiniest I have ever seen. It was put up during the construction of a subway station, as it needed to serve people and people needed the coffee. Simple as that. Tim Hortons is everywhere. Tim Hortons is for an every day person. You do not experience the Starbucks atmosphere there, but the tea is good (I do not drink coffee) and so are the baked goods. Nice treat after the movies. Will I miss it?
