About
This blog is by an Estonian discovering her childhood dream country Canada. Based in Toronto, but sometimes traveling. Looking for an Estonian connection in the far away country and giving away tips about what to see, what to do, what to experience. Hence the name of the blog: Toronto. Canada. Estonia.

Edge Walk at CN Tower
While I was up there, nice and warm, then some people were doing something absolutely crazy - they were walking on the edge!!! If you are one who likes that kind of stuff, maybe next time when in the city, check THIS out.
Spooky?
Yaiks!!! In CN Tower you can stand on a glass which will show you the way down...HELP! Pretty crazy!
Toronto-Dominion Centre
From the top of CN Tower you can have a great view to the whole city. Very close to CN Tower is a Toronto-Domion Centre, which consists of three black buildings. The Toronto-Dominion Centre, or T-D Centre, is a cluster of buildings in downtown Toronto, Ontario, owned by Cadillac Fairview, and consisting of six towers and a pavilion covered in bronze-tinted glass and black painted steel. It serves as the global headquarters of the Toronto-Dominion Bank, as well as providing office and retail space for many other businesses. Some 21,000 people work in the complex, making it the largest in Canada.
The project was the inspiration of Allen Lambert, former President and Chairman of the Board of the Toronto-Dominion Bank, with Phyllis Lambert, recommending Ludwig Mies van der Rohe as design consultant to the architects, John B. Parkin and Associates and Bregman + Hamann, and the Fairview Corporation as the developer. The towers were completed between 1967 and 1991, with one additional building built outside the campus and purchased in 1998. Part of the complex, described by Philip Johnson as "the largest Mies in the world",[6] was designated under the Ontario Heritage Act in 2003, and received an Ontario Heritage Trust plaque in 2005.

Back at home - Toronto!
A quick view of the city through the fast moving car, at least Rogers Center is recognizable :)
Niagara Falls long and winding series is finally over :P
Shooting Niagara Falls - a video
My brother snapped a video of us chilling by the falls. Hahhaa.
Washroom in Niagara Falls
I like to take photos in the washrooms. This shot had to be taken, as come on, we were in Niagara Falls :)
Group of photographers
Here are the people who participated in this wonderful Niagara Falls trip. Peeter, my friend made this happen, as he took us all there, while my brother was visiting from Estonia. Also he shared the jackets of his family with us, to keep us warm. Thank you for a great adventure!
Niagara Falls after sunset
Imagine that how wonderful and different the falls looks during the light-show. It was definitely worthy of staying there for so long to be able to experience this.
People in Niagara Falls
I got this shot of few random people standing aside, as the light pointed to the falls brought out the best of their dark forms.
Niagara Falls plants at dusk
The light was great after the sunset so I played around with some wilted plants by the viewing area of the fall. It sure gave a good background for the plants.
Misty and rainy Niagara Falls
Here are two more shots of misty and rainy Niagara Falls. Had two good models to pose for me and make the shots more interesting.
If you are going to Niagara Falls, then stay until after the sunset, as it is definitely worthy to see the lights over the falls.
Oh, by the way, Estonian biggest falls is Jägala Juga, which has height of 8 meters :)
Niagara Falls portraits
So we were hanging out by the falls so long that it got dark. When bored you start trying to entertain yourself, so did I. Took some cool portraits of Evelyn and Janar.

Romance in Niagara
What a great place to spend some time together. Enjoying the mist, but the guy kinda has taken over the umbrella :P
Fall calm
The weather wasn't the best, but at least it wasn't so rainy when we were enjoying the falls and taking photos of it.
The Maid of the Mist
The Maid of the Mist is a boat tour of Niagara Falls, New York, USA. The boat starts off at a calm part of the Niagara River, near the Rainbow Bridge, and takes its passengers past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, then into the dense mist of spray inside the curve of the Horseshoe Falls, also known as the Canadian Falls. The tour is available starting from the American side of the river, returning to the U.S. landing.
I took this trip in summer with Elmo and Egon, it was great and that time we had blue capes, I have seen yellow ones too,but for fall I think the purple is better choice :)
Evelyn ad Janar at Niagara Falls
Here are some photos of my travel companions - Evelyn and Janar visiting from Estonia, enjoying also the wonder of Niagara Falls.
